This tool is operated for everbound by Clique Studios. When you request a playlist by commenting its keyword on a supported post, we process that comment to send an introductory Instagram DM and may acknowledge it publicly. Replying with the requested response keyword requests one follow-up DM containing the playlist destination, sent within 24 hours of your response.
We retain the comment ID, media ID, artist account ID, recipient ID, response message ID and timestamp, outgoing reply text, follow status when available after your response, and delivery status for up to 30 days to prevent duplicate replies and investigate failures. Your comment and incoming message text are processed but not saved in our database. No email signup or follower list is collected. Playlist links record estimated click counts with common preview bots filtered; no IP address is stored by this application. Public profile links also retain daily aggregate click counts by link and source platform. These counts are requests, not identified visitors or confirmed streams. No browsing cookies are set by these redirects. Aggregate funnel counts, account and reel insights, imported Spotify daily totals, and link destinations are retained for performance reporting after personal delivery records expire. Instagram account credentials are encrypted in storage.
If the artist connects YouTube, this tool uses YouTube API Services to read the authorized channel identity, channel totals, and daily views, watch time and subscriber changes. YouTube credentials are encrypted. Only the latest 30-day analytics window is stored; snapshots older than 30 days are removed when refresh fails. Disconnecting YouTube in the dashboard revokes the token and removes stored YouTube credentials and analytics. You can also revoke access through Google account permissions.
